Built for getting off the tar and onto the trail, the Flame 3 has a big, cushioned midsole that takes the sting out of rocky, uneven ground, so your legs feel good for longer. The grippy lugged sole digs into loose dirt, gravel and mud to keep you sure-footed, while a protective toe cap and padded ankle collar look after you when the path gets rough.

The fine-weave upper keeps sand and small stones out, and the heel-lock lacing stops your foot sliding around on the climbs and downhills. It’s a neutral shoe, so it suits most runners straight out the box.
